Founder and owner of Clear Concepts, June has over 30 years of operational management success working with companies ranging in size from two to thousands and has accumulated a wealth of experience that spans all aspects of business. June brings with her a unique and realistic understanding of how to balance adherence to employment legislation with the practicalities of successful people management in an operational environment where organisation goals must be consistently achieved. June has extensive experience of focusing on, and implementing, business improvement initiatives and processes and delivering operational performance improvements resulting in substantial cost savings.

June is an extensively trained and Jersey Law recognised UK ACAS Conciliator and has carried out many thousands of conciliations and mediations. She holds the Certificate in Education from Manchester University, a BA Hons from Southampton University, a Post Graduate certificate from Exeter University and a Graduate Diploma in law and LLB Hons from Nottingham University.

June and her Associates deliver a range of HR and Business services in addition to bespoke training to many local and international companies both in the public and private sectors.
